CUSTOMER:

Please double and triple check you have entered the correct address and payment information at checkout. We are not responsible or liable for any mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer. 

 

SHIPPING:

Orders typically ship via USPS within 5 business days after order confirmation (excluding preorders). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification confirming shipment, as well as a tracking number.  

Prints up to 11x14" are shipped in a rigid StayFlat mailer. Prints larger than 11x14" are carefully wrapped in newsprint and shipped in a sturdy kraft tube. Apparel is shipped in a poly mailer. If you order apparel and a print, your order will be split into separate shipments, and you will recieve a second tracking number from our shipping software.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:

After your order ships, it is out of our control unfortunately. If you believe your order may be lost or if it arrives damaged, you can file a USPS claim here.

 

RETURNS:

If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email and we'll be happy to help. Orders may be returned only if there is a defect in the product, or if you received the wrong product or size. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Your order may be exchanged if inventory is available, otherwise a full refund will be issued.
